I work with a small number of founders over the long term on a monthly retainer basis.

Typically two in-depth decision-making sessions a month but I'll also be there in a crisis.

Chemistry is important, so we'll ensure we're totally happy before working together properly.

We start with a deep-dive onboarding call. I want to understand you and your business properly first. What are you aiming for, and why? How do you imagine life after exit?

I'll also need to know about the system: your team and culture, the legal and financial structure, how you go to market, what your technical setup looks like, and where the pressure points are.

You can cancel at any time, with short notice. I want to be clear about this because it matters: this is not an advisory board, a committee, or a relationship that takes months to unwind. If it's not working, or your circumstances change, you just stop. There's no awkward extraction process.
